1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Infinite Whitening website and the purchase of products available through our online store.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “Infinite Whitening” refers to the above business.

2. Products and Intended Use

Infinite Whitening supplies replacement and upgrade products intended for use with compatible dental equipment.

The Infinite Whitening Activation Module is designed to work with a compatible Philips Zoom light guide/device and cannot be used as a standalone dental device.

A compatible Philips Zoom device/light guide is required for the intended use of the Activation Module.

Our products are intended for professional dental use.

They are not intended for:

  • home use;
  • consumer self-treatment;
  • use as a standalone dental treatment device; or
  • any application other than their intended purpose.

Infinite Whitening does not provide dental treatment, diagnosis, or clinical advice. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is used only by appropriately qualified dental professionals and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, manufacturer instructions, and professional standards.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for their intended application and that any required professional qualifications, training, equipment, or facilities are available.

Important

The fact that a product may be purchased by a customer does not mean that the product is suitable for unsupervised consumer use.

Customers may purchase products for themselves, their businesses, dental practices, or as gifts for dental professionals. However, the products should only be used by appropriately qualified or authorized dental personnel for their intended professional application.

3. Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before placing an order.

The Infinite Whitening Activation Module requires compatible Philips Zoom equipment/light guide for operation.

Information provided on product pages is intended to help customers determine compatibility. Customers should contact Infinite Whitening before purchasing if they are uncertain whether a product is compatible with their equipment.

Infinite Whitening is not responsible for incompatibility resulting from the customer using equipment or components that are not compatible with the product.

4. Philips and Zoom Trademark Disclaimer

Philips® and Zoom® are registered trademarks of Philips N.V. and/or its subsidiaries.

Infinite Whitening is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or approved by Philips N.V. or its subsidiaries.

References to Philips and Zoom on this website are made solely to identify product compatibility.

The use of Philips or Zoom trademarks does not imply any relationship, endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, or approval by Philips N.V.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices, availability information, and other product information displayed on this website are accurate and up to date.

However, minor variations in photographs, appearance, packaging, or other non-material characteristics may occur.

If a material error in product information or pricing is discovered before an order is dispatched, Infinite Whitening reserves the right to contact the customer to confirm whether the customer wishes to proceed with the order at the correct price or specification.

If the customer does not wish to proceed, the order may be cancelled and any payment received will be refunded.

6. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on this website are in United States Dollars (USD).

Product prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed by Infinite Whitening.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or its authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.

7. Orders

Customers may place orders through the online checkout system.

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted when Infinite Whitening confirms the order and accepts the transaction.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

  • product availability;
  • incorrect pricing or product information;
  • inability to ship to the specified destination;
  • customs or import restrictions;
  • carrier restrictions;
  • suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions;
  • legal or regulatory restrictions; or
  • other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

8. Payment

Payment methods available at checkout may include credit or debit cards and PayPal or other payment services made available through our website.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed and dispatched.

We do not store complete payment card details on our website where payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Istanbul, Türkiye.

Infinite Whitening ships internationally using carriers including:

  • FedEx;
  • DHL;
  • UPS; and
  • other reputable international shipping providers.

Where multiple shipping services are available for a destination, the available options may be presented during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are generally:

Standard Shipping: approximately 1–3 weeks

Express Shipping: approximately 1–4 business days

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, transportation disruptions, security conditions, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. International Shipping, Customs and Taxes

Customers purchasing products for delivery outside Türkiye are responsible for complying with all applicable import requirements in the destination country.

The customer is responsible for any:

  • customs duties;
  • import taxes;
  • VAT/GST;
  • brokerage fees;
  • customs clearance fees;
  • carrier handling charges; and
  • other government or carrier charges associated with importing the products.

Infinite Whitening does not control the amount of these charges.

Customers should contact the relevant customs authority or carrier if they require information regarding potential import charges before placing an order.

11. Delivery Restrictions

We aim to ship to destinations worldwide where reliable carrier service is available.

However, delivery may not be available to certain countries, territories, regions, postal codes, or addresses because of:

  • armed conflict or security conditions;
  • international sanctions or trade restrictions;
  • carrier restrictions;
  • customs or import restrictions;
  • export restrictions;
  • local laws or regulations; or
  • other circumstances that prevent lawful or practical delivery.

The availability of a particular destination is ultimately determined by the shipping carrier and applicable restrictions.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Returns Policy.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

Our Refund and Returns Policy explains:

  • the applicable return period;
  • return eligibility;
  • return procedures;
  • return shipping costs;

  • defective products; and

13. Limited 10-Year Warranty

Infinite Whitening provides a 10-year limited warranty for the applicable Infinite Whitening product against manufacturing defects and failure of the product to function under normal intended use.

The warranty applies to the Infinite Whitening product itself.

The warranty covers:

  • manufacturing defects; and
  • failure of the product to function under normal intended use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • mechanical damage;
  • physical damage;
  • damage caused by impact, accident, or excessive force;
  • incorrect installation;
  • improper use;
  • misuse or abuse;
  • unauthorized modification or repair;
  • damage caused by incompatible equipment;
  • damage caused by the customer’s Philips Zoom device or other third-party equipment; or
  • damage resulting from use outside the product’s intended application.

The limited warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.

14. Warranty Claims

If a customer believes that a product has developed a manufacturing defect or has stopped functioning under normal intended use, the customer should contact Infinite Whitening before returning the product.

Infinite Whitening may request information, photographs, videos, or other reasonable evidence to assess the reported problem.

Where the defect or product failure is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, Infinite Whitening will provide a replacement product.

Shipping costs for warranty replacements

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product to Infinite Whitening.

Infinite Whitening will pay the shipping cost for sending the replacement product to the customer.

15. Mechanical and Physical Damage

Mechanical or physical damage is not covered by the limited warranty.

Examples may include damage resulting from:

  • dropping the product;
  • crushing or bending;
  • impact;
  • improper handling;
  • incorrect installation;
  • unauthorized modification;
  • opening or altering the product;
  • excessive force; or
  • other external physical causes.

16. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost or damaged during transportation, customers should contact Infinite Whitening as soon as reasonably possible.

Infinite Whitening will work with the relevant shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Where a shipment is confirmed to have been lost or damaged during transportation, Infinite Whitening will provide a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer, including the shipping cost of the replacement shipment.

Customers should retain the original packaging and shipping materials for damaged shipments, as these may be required by the carrier during an investigation or claim.

17. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • text;
  • product descriptions;
  • photographs;
  • graphics;
  • logos;
  • trademarks;
  • page designs;
  • website layouts; and
  • other materials

is owned by or licensed to Infinite Whitening unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

18. Website Use

Customers agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with other customers’ use of the website.

Customers must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its systems, or related services.

19. Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Customers should review our Privacy Policy for information regarding the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Whitening will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any mandatory rights or protections that a customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Infinite Whitening will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

  • natural disasters;
  • war or armed conflict;
  • terrorism;
  • sanctions;
  • government restrictions;
  • customs restrictions;
  • strikes;
  • carrier disruptions;
  • transportation disruptions;
  • severe weather;
  • infrastructure failures;
  • pandemics or public health emergencies; or
  • other events beyond our reasonable control.

22. Changes to These Terms

Infinite Whitening may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this website and will include the date on which it was last updated.

Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted unless required by applicable law.

23. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that may apply to customers under applicable law.

24. Regulatory Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase, importation, installation, and use of the products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, professional requirements, and import requirements in the country or jurisdiction where the products are used.
